Roundtable
The hackathon will happen starting on August 29. We have a room reserved in u-shape configuration for tables. A/V requirements confirmed
- Arrangements are being made for catering. They provide breakfast, morning snack, boxed lunches and afternoon snack
- Arrangements are being made to provide a Cvent link for registration
- A block of rooms is reserved in the Aloft close to the lab. This is close to a reasonable number of restaurants
- There is also a link on Argonne Area Accommodations for the Aloft (and other area hotels) https://www.anl.gov/area-accommodations
- Rental car or car pooling strongly recommended. Uber to/from the lab is another option, but complex to get in gate.
Berk: Should we consider using ANARI as the front end for rendering? The rendering interface would be a good breakout topic for the hackathon.
