Tom helped Chris get a remote log in to a Pascal GPU hosted by NVIDIA. Getting ready on that.

There are some dashboard issues. Dave will look into some rendering issues (such as warnings). Rob will look into some GLUT issues on Mac and some Math issues with Intel vectorization.

Ken is working on changing the "export" macros to be more friendly for actual library exports. This involves changing the name of the modifier macros that are used on most functions and methods in VTK-m, so it will likely cause merge conflicts with any open branch. Thus, we want to time the addition of these changes to be between any major work. Chris requested waiting until his streaming branch is merged, and Dave reported working on a branch that introduces 1D structure rendering.

Rob merged in better types MR and broke the Intel dashboards (vectorization problems).
