Haoucheng's sharp normal edge splitting code is merged in.

Matt updating ray tracer to do partial volume rendering. Involved banishing device adapter from much raytracing code.

Matt staring to support scattering in ray tracing.

Ollie is working on a moments filter.

Aaron Knoll is looking for ways to use VTK-m data sets from within ParaView/Catalyst. In some ways this is already supported, but there is some "duck tape" needed to prevent copies back and forth from the device.
