Abhishek updated BHV tree cell locator to new interface we have been proposing.

Rob enabling CUDA separable compilation into VTK-m. This has crept into some test failures that he is looking into.

Sujin working on serialization templates for data sets. Have agreed on a basic structure going forward.

Haocheng added methods to release resources in the execution environment for data set data.

Fixed some issues with some issues with VS compilers.

Updated the README files to platforms we are testing on.

OpenMP is about ready to go in.

Matt Larsen has been working with students from University of Oregon.
