Rebranding

There was a meeting last week discussing the rebranding of VTK-m, mostly to get into the HPSF. There was general agreement to move forward. We will start with a simple mirror repository that is called the new name and slowly move things over. Our hope is to get some funds from the HPSF to do the technical work of rebranding.

We need to pick a name. We had some lively brainstorming and picked out several candidates. Ken selected several and constructed an online poll. The two most popular names were Viskores and VisM. Trailing those were MVis, Pisces, and Daxlyton.

Due to a calendar invite snafu, there were too few people to make a final decision on the name. Ken will hold a new meeting to decide this.

We should consider forming some governance documentation moving forward with VTK-m.
