I am a second-year Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer and Information Science at the University of Oregon. My research advisor is Prof. Hank Childs, under which I am currently exploring many-core, parallel solutions for scientific visualization algorithms, such as External Faces. Prior to joining Prof. Childs' research group, I studied data mining and machine learning, with a particular focus on adversarial (robust) machine learning and spam detection. I received a B.A. in Business Administration (2009) and M.S. in Computer Science (2011), both from the University of Washington, Tacoma. For software development, I frequently program in C++, Java, and Python. Hobbies include singing, running, and language learning.
